IT'S THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ADHERE TO ALL STALE AND LOCAL MUNICIPALITY REGULATIONS / LAWS  REGARDING THE PUCHASE OF LIVE REPTILES. GARRIGA REPTILES DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR SALES TO AREAS THAT PROHIBT THE PURCHASE OR KEEPING OF LIVE REPTILES AND EXPECTS THE BUYERS TO KNOW THE LAW PRIOR TO PLACING A PURCHASE.

DUE TO POTENTIAL HACKING, UNAUTHORIZED PRICE ALTERING WILL NOT BE HONORED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REVIEW ALL FINAL SALES FOR ACCURACY. REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IF ADVERTISED PRICE HAS BEEN ALTERED.

IN GENERAL

Animals are guaranteed to be a live, in good condition, mite free and correctly sexed. We will provide as much information and photographs as needed to ensure you are making the correct purchase. We will accept returns if not fully satisfied with 24 notification, buyer is responsible for all return freight charges as well as any freight paid by Garriga Reptiles on animals who's price included free shipping. There is a 20% restocking fee on the price of the product for merchandise not placed for exchange. We prefer not to have the buyer incur these costs, therefore, please ask for as much information as needed to ensure you are making the correct purchase. We prefer to loose the sale than having our customers make the wrong purchasing decision.

SHIPPING

Shipping is currently done via two carriers; FedEx and Delta Cargo as well as International shipments through a local broker.

FedEx shipments are delivered overnight to the buyers place of business or to the nearest FedEx location to the buyer. We are not allowed to deliver to residencies due to greater possibility of weather related issues. Business deliveries are preferred. Shipments via FedEx are done Monday through Wednesday.

Delta Cargo is my preferred shipping method as this provided the safest means of transportation for live stock. Delta Cargo (airport to airport) shipments can be made seven days a week. On expensive or rare animals, this will be the only shipping method available. 

Live arrival is only guaranteed if shipment is pickup within two hours of delivery or signed for on first delivery attempt. Incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer will result in voiding the live arrival guarantee. We are not responsible for carrier error but will assist the buyer in the claim process. All shipments must be checked for the animal's health while in the presence of the carrier at the time delivery and any claims must be filled out with the carrier otherwise all guarantees are void.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

All animals come with a seven day health guarantee. This has never happened before, but in the case of a death or illness, a Veterinary Certificate for cause of death will be required for any claims once the animal has been removed from the shipper. A 100% money back guarantee with all shipping charges will be refunded to the buyer at the sole discretion of Garriga Reptiles if the cause of death or illness was a pre-existing condition. All claims will be thoroughly reviewed prior to final decision with our Veterinarian.
